A moss meadow where the seen and unseen meet — where your body, soul, and story are welcomed whole.
✦ ✦ ✿ ❁ ✾I have always felt too deeply and loved too fiercely (hi, Scorpio stellium). My first friends were trees and rivers in the Russian countryside. I grew up with dirt under the fingernails in my grandma's garden where I knew each plant by name — not only the one humans gave it, but also the one it shared with me.
With time, I forgot my connection to nature but the sensitivity remained. I went on to study biochemistry in an American university, then winemaking, and finally finding myself in the role of a software engineer. My pursuit of knowledge had led me too far from home and from myself.
Fortunately, my daily anxiety, depression & dread first thing in the morning (as well as other chronic symptoms) served as powerful soul signals that it was time to return home to me and to my body.
I dove back into study but this time I was following my heart instead of my mind. Slowly, bit by bit, I was able to crawl out of the pit of despair and chronic issues that plagued me.
I returned to talking to the trees, getting counsel from plants and being friends with crows. I learned different modalities of bodywork and energy work, and deepened my psychic gifts.
I've been lucky with my teachers who showed me not just what to do but how to listen. And now that's what I'm here to do for you — help you hear what your body has been saying all along and guide you to the harmony of who you are. It is my greatest joy and pleasure to be of service to you.
I work with physical symptoms, mental loops, the relational and work tangles that show up in the body and your life. My approach is a gentle guidance of your energy and body back to coherence — back to easeful flow.
My belief is that dis-ease is caused by stuck energy in the body's tissues, usually from unresolved emotions that never got the time or space to be felt. In our sessions, we uncover the hidden and not-so-hidden feelings that have been running your life in the background, and give them the witnessing they deserve.
The healing itself is done by your own body. I act as a conductor — listening, tracking, and helping direct the current to clear blocks and restore the natural flow of your body-mind-soul system. I work in tandem with your body's intelligence and with the universal energy that surrounds us (whatever name feels right to you — source, creator, god, the field).
My work is oriented around helping you make sense of your symptoms, see how they've been adaptive and intelligent, and bring ease to your suffering. My intention is that you leave each session feeling supported, more connected to your life force, and a little more in love with the magic of being in a body.
We begin with a short check-in — I'll ask what's present for you today, what you've been noticing in your body, and what you're hoping to move through. This is not therapy-style talking, it's more like orienting together before we drop in.
Sessions can be as talkative or as quiet as you need. Sometimes the work unfolds through direct hands-on bodywork — or, for remote sessions, through energetic contact with your field. Other times it is through the art of inquiry that the shift happens: I tune in to the consciousness of the body and its individual parts, give them a voice, and follow where that leads. The effect on the body's tissues is the same whether we are in the same room or across the world.
I work slowly and gently — tracking sensation, following the body's impulses, and helping redirect energy where it's been stuck. You may feel warmth, tingling, spontaneous movement, emotion, or deep stillness. All of it is welcome.
We close with a few minutes of integration — time for your system to settle before you step back into your day.
My sessions draw from a woven toolkit — I don't follow one rigid protocol, but move between approaches as your body guides me. The modalities I work with include:
✦ All sessions are guided by your body's intelligence — I follow what wants to be addressed, rather than imposing a fixed sequence.
During a session, people often report warmth, tingling, pulsing, or waves of relaxation moving through the body. Emotions may surface — grief, relief, joy, or something harder to name. Some people cry, some laugh, some simply feel very, very still. All of it is the body doing its work.
After a session, it's common to feel both lighter and a little tender — like something has been rearranged. Occasionally, symptoms may temporarily intensify before they ease — much like a fever that peaks before it breaks. This is not a sign that something has gone wrong, it is often a sign that something is moving. I recommend giving yourself a slow evening, staying well hydrated, and being gentle with yourself for the rest of the day. Integration continues for 24–72 hours after the session.

If you felt something while reading this site — a quiet recognition, a softening, a pull toward something you can't quite name — that's your body already answering. This work tends to call people who are ready for it.
This may be a good fit if you're dealing with physical symptoms that haven't responded to conventional approaches, if you feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but can't seem to shift, or if you have a sense that what's happening in your body and your life are connected — and you're ready to explore that connection.
If you're uncertain, the best next step is to book the free 20 minute discovery call. We can have a brief conversation before you commit to anything.
Whether you're ready to book or just want to say hello — I'd love to hear from you.
